The children lead there own warm up which was excellent.
We moved onto the 8 minute fitness challenge which they are current champions out of the year 3 and 4 classes.
Finshed off with fun catching and throwing games.
Excellent effort during the fitness challenge WELL DONE.
The children worked really hard today working on fitness, the children beat there record by 10 seconds.
We then moved onto badminton and tennis with a bit of hoop ball, all the children had lots of fun whilst learning new skills. Excellent session well done 👍
Why do we always do a warm up before each session?
We are working on improving on our fitness and stamina by ‘beating our score of laps’ from the previous week. 8 minutes non-stop training!
How long did it take for the class vs clock challenge?
We are so lucky to have so many sporting opportunities at HP! Years 2-6 had a Fencing and Judo demonstration assembly today!
